Could you try Qt5?
If you run ldd on that file, it may give you an idea of which library is missing.
how would I do this?
strangely enough, reinstalling Qt6 (doing everything right from the start) fixed everything! It works fine now. No idea why. Sounds like a meme tbh

Haha, most of the solutions are made by reinstalling the app or rebooting the machine
