[Inconsistent] Read deck name and seed from ctx will recognize the filtered deck as the deck name

First and foremost, thanks to @dae and @Rumo, the introduction of the context (ctx) has significantly streamlined the configuration of per-deck parameters.

But the behavior is inconsistent with <div id=deck deck_name="{{Deck}}"></div>. The later would always display the name of original deck. ctx.deckName will recognize the filtered deck as the deck name.
