In Editor, Some OneNote Images Pasted as Data URL

When pasting ink drawings selected and copied from OneNote for Windows 10 on a Windows 11 computer (although it sounds strange I know many who use this setup) into a field in Anki’s note editor, the image is typically pasted with a paste-… filename.

However it occasionally produces a data: URL image, such as that in this GitHub Gist, and furthermore this image is only resizable horizontally but not vertically (resizing works fine on other data-URL images for me).

I recommend you run Anki from source and get it to print out the clipboard contents at the start of the paste, to see how the occasional times differ. It may be this is happening at the Qt layer, and out of our control.
