Ive tried everything in the troubleshooting guide and scoured the internet but have not found the solution. this error pops up every time i try to import a deck. Ive tried different decks as well with the same issue. im using the latest version of Ubuntu and anki.
You’re actually using quite an old version of Anki (released in 2019). You should update first.
