Images In Card Editor - Odd Behavior

Ever since 2.1.5 (currently on 2.1.51) images in the card editor seem to show as a thumbnail and not the actual size

If I bold some text, it reverts to it’s original size (note ganglia is now bold)

Is this expected behavior? I disabled all add-ons and I’m on 2.1.51 QT5.
