Image occlusion shows occlusion but not image

Hey, ive downloaded a shared deck from my school and all the image occlusions only show the occlusion on the front side of the card and the full solution on the. back. None of my friends who also downloaded the deck have this issue.

  1. Are these built-in Image Occlusion or add-on Image Occlusion Enhanced notes?
  2. Did you import the deck directly on this device, or did you import it on another device and then sync here?
  3. Have you run Tools > Check Database lately?
  4. Have you run Tools > Check Media? Do you have a high number of missing or unused files?
  5. Are you friends using the same version of Anki on the same OS that you are? What version and what OS are you using? [You can click Help > About > Copy debug info-- and paste the entire result here.]

  1. I am not sure as i did not have the deck
  2. Imported onto this device directly
  3. Just ran it, all good
  4. Ran tools, check media and there is a very hgih amount of unuse files

Check Tools > Preferences > Editing – is Legacy import/export handling checked?

Uncheck it, restart with add-ons disabled (#2 on the Troubleshooting Checklist), and try the import again.

when i go to tools, there is no preferences

this did not resolve the problem

the deck works on my ipad but not mac, i tried to delete anki app and redownlaod onto mac, this didnt fix it

but I had to import the deck directly onto my ipad in order for it to work
