I get this message whenever I try creating a new Image Occlusion Enhanced card. I already did everything that was suggested in the troubleshoot manual. What else can I try?

Hey Eded, one solution which might not be covered as well in the wiki is to just rename the note type. I.e., you can head into Tools → Manage Note Types from Anki’s home screen, locate the “Image Occlusion Enhanced” note type in the list, and then rename it to something “Image Occlusion Enhanced -broken”.
Once you’ve done that, restart Anki and the add-on should automatically regenerate the default note type, allowing you to create IO cards again.
