Ignore reviews before -> Ignore reviews between

Currently, “Ignore reviews before” only specifies the date such that everything that happened before it gets ignored. But what if the user only started misusing Hard recently? I ran into one such user today. For him, it would be much better to specify a start date and and an end date, such that everything between those two dates is ignored.

So here’s what I propose:
Ignore reviews between

@dae @L.M.Sherlock how about some extra complexity to help the 1% of the 5% of all users?
EDIT: I like that this new experimental feature of the Helper add-on asks the user to specify 2 dates - start and end
