I keep getting an error whenever I try to use the app or close it

I have tried to restart my laptop but I can’t because my Anki keeps saying an error, it says this:

That is a very old version of Anki. You should update. If there’s something that’s holding you back from the current release, at least something more recent would be an improvement. Let us know what that reason is, and maybe we can suggest something to try.
