How to specifically look for this mature cards which I got wrong today?

Mature means → Getting Started - Anki Manual

To search by interval → Searching - Anki Manual

To search for cards you rated Again today → Searching - Anki Manual

After getting it wrong it wont stay mature and gets downgraded to learning

So searching by mature after getting it wrong wont show it

Ah, you’re right! Then the answer either is “you can’t,” or you’ll have to use some sort of a proxy to winnow out the cards you don’t want.
