How to set to Grayscale Text Antialiasing

Does anyone know how to set everything to be Grayscale Text Antialiasing?

Are you having a problem with something displaying correctly in Anki?

Or perhaps – What are you trying that isn’t working, and what do you want it to do instead?

I don’t have any problem, it’s just that Grayscale Text Antialiasing on my specific screen makes the text look better.

Anki basically shows you your cards just like webpages. So I suppose my suggestion would be to Google how to do that with HTML and/or CSS, just like you would with a webpage.
