How to hide several media files from "Check media"

Hello! How to make these reminders disappear? I have, however, deleted files exceeding 100MB, but they do not want to go away. What do you suggest I do?

I think, these files are still present and can be found in the collection.media folder. Either delete or move them somewhere else.
