How to display contents of hint field by default?

Hi，I separately set hint field in front & back. Hint field do not display contents in front, but how to display contents of hint field by default in my back?

Try this: open the Back Template and delete hint: from {{hint:English1}}, {{hint:English2}} and {{hint:Note1}}
