If I buy the application and transfer cards from android device to ios. Is it possible to write answers to cards and then check that answer as an android version? Or iOs version only shows the right answer and you don’t need to write it before to check?

Your content on iOS should work like on AnkiDroid. If you want different behaviour, you need to change the note type.
