I have no programming knowledge. How do solve this problem? The Youtube video I’m following does not mention what we’re supposed to do in this instance.
The zip reader (anki exports are zip files) had problems extracting the export you provided.
Make sure you followed all the instructions on the fsrs4anki page, you exported your anki profile with scheduling information, old version compatibility and without media, make sure the file you uploaded was uploaded fully, google colab sometimes has problems with file uploads and make sure you filled out the information in the first cell properly.
Do you mean I have to repeat the process from the start?
At least try exporting and uploading your anki data again, there is something wrong with the export.
