How do i combine my lists?

What do you mean by „list“?

so sorry – i believe I should have said decks-- will change original inquiry— thank you

Go to the Browse screen. Select all the cards. Then move the cards to a different deck. Then you can delete the other deck. Browsing - Anki Manual

Or do you want to create a subdeck? If so, simply drag and drop one deck under another.
