How can I return to default of Cloze after some changing?

I’ve changed configuration by mistake of type Cloze. How can I return to default?

You can alternatively create a new cloze type (with the defaults that comes with Anki) from Tools > Manage NoteTypes > Add > Add: Cloze, then convert any cards you had created using the old type to the new one.
