How can I limit a deck to 5-7 cards per session in Anki

I just want to learn only 5-7 cards per deck thoroughly because those cards in these decks are pretty full and I cant learn more per session. How can I make it so that Anki just shows me those 5-7 cards per deck and shuffles them through in one session until I complete them for 1 day atleast?

Please give me detailed description how to do this and thanks!

Also can someone tell me where I can adjust the length of the repetition of the cards?
