How can I disable HTML auto-closing on macOS?

When I create a new tag, and switch to HTML view, and start typing, if I type an HTML opening tag, Anki automatically inserts the closing tag. How can I make it stop doing that? When I type <tag> I don’t want it to immediately insert </tag>.

I’m using Anki 2.1.56 on macOS 10.15.

The gears icon in the editor has an option for that.

Thanks. I looked in the preferences, Googled it, etc., but it didn’t occur to me to look there …

It is a new function. I requested after suffering for a long time with those < > hehe
