My phone has been stolen and my Anki spanish vocabulary deck, result of 2 years of regular lessons, study, readings etc. has disappeared with it
Reinstalling the app on my new phone, I could not recover the deck from the web app , and finally found a mail from AnkiWeb received in July informing that my deck is being deleted.
Is there any way to access an archive that would save me hours and hours of recollection of the entire deck ?
When the data is deleted from an inactive AnkiWeb account, that usually includes any server-side backups. It looks like you reactivated your account over a month ago, so anything that might have been retained in backups from before that would now be gone, because you’ve been syncing with your account.
Have you checked any other devices you used to sync with AnkiWeb? Your account is not currently empty, and is syncing with at least 2 devices.
Have you checked any online backups of data from your phone?
Have you checked any cloud storage that might have synced copies of important files from any of your devices?
