HELP! I opened anki after one year and all my decks disappeared.

I have been an Anki user since 2020. I last used it in approximately March 2023. I never had any sync problems or anything like that, I always saved my decks and synced them. Today (more than 1 year later) I downloaded Anki deskopt with the same account I have been using and my decks are gone. They are very important, they are almost 2 years of study with dentistry studies. The strange thing is that in the “Collection” section there is 0.13mb of information, is that my information? Please help me because this information is very important to me. Sorry for my bad English.

1. I use Anki without problems for 2 years (2020-2022).
2. I stopped using it for one year.

If you haven’t used your account for more than six months, you probably got an email alerting you of the deletion. Its subject is usually Deletion of your Ankiweb decks.

Check your email to see, you might have missed it. If that is the case, I don’t think you can recover your decks, since they are deleted from Ankiweb. If you are using the same computer, you might have a local backup.
