I used to created and studied a decks in AnkiWeb in september 2022 and now after a year I open again ankiweb for review my decks that i had and theres wasnt like all of my decks was deleted so I don´t any idea for what reason that happened
Anyone can say me if i can to recovered it? pls
Do you have a local version of your Anki profile on any devices or backed up anywhere? I think they might user content if an account hasn’t been used after some time (1 year seems too short, though, and I would hope they would send a warning first.)
