Help! I cannot install on Windows 11 Pro computer

Okay, I tried searching for this but maybe I’m not using the right words, since I have no idea what is going on here.

The brief version is that I downloaded Anki to my new Windows 11 Pro computer. I ran it and got this:

I don’t speak this at all and have no IDEA what to do.

The longer version is that I checked the specifications and it all matches with your minimal requirements. I rebooted and tried again. I redownloaded the Windows file and rebooted, then tried yet again and it is always this.

I did find this topic, but it’s like reading a foreign language. I need someone to gently hold my hand through this.

I do not see this under installation instructions nor in installation errors.
