How can I restore a deck which had a cloze note that I deleted by mistake. 
No backups?

I just clicked Create Backup earlier this morning. I just want to restore this deck
Update: I have managed to load the deck from a previous back only that it has reset my progress completely even though I pressed on keep learning progress at the start
Edit > Undo is the fastest way, but it’s probably too late now.
Next is: restore your most recent automatic backup – or the manual one you created.
If you only want one thing – import that backup into a new (temporary) profile, find what you want, export only that, and import it into your main profile. When you’re done, delete the temporary profile.
