Global search and replace within an Anki Deck?

Hi all. One of my anki decks has added unwanted extra characters in many entries (see attachment)
Uploading: Screenshot 2024-03-04 at 12.40.51.png…
. I would like to do some kind of global search and replace. Is this possible? I have searched and not found an answer…

PS: There is an issue that prevents me from uploading the screen capture :frowning:
