Getting error messages from anki

I have been getting frequent messages that I am encountering an error. It says that anki encourted an error and that I should contact anki forums.

  2. Did you go through Troubleshooting - Anki Manual and made sure you can still reproduce with those troubleshooting steps done?
  3. What are the exact steps to reproduce?
