Just got an error message and am not sure what to do?

fatal error message today
yesterday I was having trouble with syncing… could the two be related?
yesterdays error message “Please use the Check Database function then sync again. If problems persist, please force a full sync in the preferences section.”

todays message

also, could you see if there isn’t an add-on causing it by reading 2. Check add-ons
