Full sync failed

I did a full sync from AnkiDroid, then full sync on Anki (41 Beta 7). This lead to:

IOError { info: “download save failed: failed to persist temporary file: Invalid cross-device link (os error 18)” }

The sync failed, current ankidroid version is not accessible on the computer

That issue was fixed in 2.1.42
