Fsrs changes to be done if not reviewed for 5 months.?

I have not reviewed my cards for 5 months but they are at young stage. Though I have forgotten most of the stuff what should be done ?

You don’t need to do anything special, just start studying again and grade your answers honestly. You’ll have more lapses than usual, but that’s to be expected. FSRS will handle both your lapses and success taking the additional delay into account. It’s obviously a different formula than what the SM-2 algorithm used, but a similar logic – Due times after a break - Frequently Asked Questions .
