I tried to import my files and accidentally clicked on them multiple times, and the processing section froze. I went down in the comments to see if anyone had the same issue, and some said to press the shift button. I did that, which made Anki forcibly close, and now I cannot open my Anki. I have a Chromebook, by the way, so I had to use Linux to download it. I don’t know if they downloaded the latest version, though.
