Hey, hope you guys are well.
I’m getting this flashing when scrolling up and down, and opening dropdowns for decks, in the newest (and 1 previous) version of Anki.
I’d like to use an older version while this is getting sorted out. What’s the latest version before this recent update, with the new UI?

The most recent version without the new interface is 2.1.54.
It should not be necessary to downgrade, though. I also experienced the flashing issue and managed to solve it by setting the UI to minimalist.
Tools → Preferences → Appearance → Distractions → Minimalist mode
