[Feature Request] Allow reordering or hiding buttons in the Note Editor formatting toolbar

### Problem Statement

In the Note Editor, the formatting toolbar has a fixed button order. Basic formatting buttons (Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Monospace, Formula, etc.) occupy the front visible space by default.

For users who rarely use these basic formatting tools and instead frequently use the rightmost actions (such as “Insert Link” and custom HTML / user scripts), those buttons are pushed off-screen and require constant horizontal scrolling to access.

### Proposed Solution

Provide customization options for the editor toolbar:

1. **Reorder toolbar buttons**: Allow users to reorder or drag frequently used tools (e.g., Link, custom HTML scripts) to the front.

2. **Toggle button visibility**: Allow users to hide unnecessary default formatting buttons in the settings (e.g., in Note Editor settings).

### Additional Context

Attached is a screenshot of the current editor layout. The tools highlighted in the red box are seldom used in my workflow, while the tools to the right are used most frequently.
