Failure to upload after deleting note type

Python 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1
Platform: Windows-10-10.0.19045

I attempted to sync to AnkiWeb after deleting several unused note types belonging to deleted decks. After many minutes I get the following error message:

A network error occurred.

Error details: error sending request for url(0): connection error: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (os error 10054)

Decks are syncing to AnkiWeb as usual and download syncing is working as well. What can be done about this?

Ok, I got it to work. I disabled both antivirus and firewall. I also exited qBittorent, so I can’t be sure what was the actual cause of the problem (although I have never has a syncing problem before with all of the above active.)
