Extent of ankiweb.net feature documentation

Hi there :slight_smile:

As far as i can tell, the documentation for Anki does not mention, that {{type:Field}} cards do not work on ankiweb.net. I wondered if this should be changed.

Meta question: Where should proposals for changes to the Anki documentation be discussed? Since there is no issue tracker and no dedicated category on this forum, i was wondering where the appropriate place would be.

You can certainly make proposals here, but in the past it was recommended to make pull-requests on GitHub.

For simple questions, the forum is probably best. I would be happy to accept a PR that adds mention of this to the manual.
