I’m trying to add cards by using quick actions menu, but it doesn’t seem to work. This only works when the app is initially open, which isn’t very convenient. I tried “Check database”, no changes.
No issues here. Which version are you using?
24.08 and it was the same in the previous version.
I can’t seem to reproduce it either. Could you tell us the steps we should take after opening the app that cause this to happen? What actions are you taking prior to the issue occuring?
Initially the app isn’t open. I long press AnkiMobile on the Home Screen, select “Add card” or other option, the app opens and I see the error as in the screenshot.
