Error when trying to access options menu of a deck

When trying to access the options menu of a deck in the Anki Desktop Application, an error occurs.
I have tried to reload the database and have no addons installed. I have already tried to reinstall the application without success. I receive the following error message:

What can I do to fix this issue?

That’s a pretty old version, If you don’t use plugins, I don’t see any strong reason to not to update your anki version.
