Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\Anki\mpv.exe

Anki was crashing, so I tried to reinstall.

The reinstall will not complete and I get this message:

Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files\Anki\mpv.exe

When I try to Open Anki, I get this message:

Error loading Python DLL’C:\Program Files\Anki|python38.dll’,
LoadLibrary: The specified module could not be found.

Rebooting usually fixes the “Error opening file for writing”. Then you should be able to do a clean reinstallation.
