Every time I leave my desktop and work on Anki decks from my phone using the app, I try to sync since I’ve made corrections and already finished decks. When I click sync, however, I get the following error message.
On the device that has your latest study data, please use the Check Database feature (preferences screen in AnkiMobile, or tools menu in computer version), then force a one way sync in the preferences screen, choosing upload. Then please sync your other device(s), choosing download. Does that resolve the problem?
