Error loading 'software' graphics driver on ubuntu

I’m using ubuntu 20.
When I try to run Anki I have this problem:

$:~/Downloads/anki-2.1.35-linux-amd64$ anki
/usr/local/share/anki/bin/libgnutls.so.30: version `GNUTLS_3_6_3' not found (required by /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognutls.so)
Failed to load module: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gio/modules/libgiognutls.so
mpv not found, reverting to mplayer
Qt warning: QGLXContext: Failed to create dummy context
Qt warning: WebEngineContext used before QtWebEngine::initialize() or OpenGL context creation failed.
Abortado (imagem do núcleo gravada)

I already install libgnutls30. I don’t know how to fix it.

Same issue here

It’s not clear what Anki you are running – to start with install the latest version.
