Error during upgrading to 2.1.35 version

Hi,

I got this problem when I tried to upload the latest version in windows :

And I cannot actually use anki even when uploading the ancient one ‘cause I did not open the new version (cf.picture) and so did’'nt use the downgrad and quit. So the app told me that this account cannot be used because of that.

I’m studying mostly with anki (both making and studying cards) I’m in great distress without the ability to use it please help (melodramatic mode activated)

Either open the Task Manager and manually close mpv.exe or restart your PC before installing a new Anki version, just this time.
