Error communicating with server

Hello, I have just downloaded Anki (2.1.35 for mac OS X 10.10.5), but once I opened it and tried to sign up, an error chart popped out:

My web browser is working just fine, so I clicked on “Help” down on the Anki app in order to contact support and another error popped out.

Could you help me figure out what is wrong? Thank you! Lucie
