I need urgent help! The cards where I can type the answer have become basic cards. This happened after the app gave me the option to sync with AnkiWeb. I used every possible option to get my cards back to normal so I could type in the answer, but nothing worked. I don’t know what to do anymore

If you are using AnkiMobile, try to check if the option “Never Type Answer” is turned OFF.
- Home → Gear icon → Review → Never Type Answer
If you are using Desktop or AnkiDorid, it is not relevant.
