Enabling 2-button mode causes reviewer app bar buttons to disappear - 2.19alpha

Per the title. No options were changed other than enabling 2-button mode. I did verify that the app buttons are still selected/enabled in the main preferences. It does also seem to have disabled the ‘Keep screen on’ setting: it’s still set in the reviewer preferences, but no longer works.

As an aside, this is a very welcome improvement and I really like the new look of the reviewer screen, very clean.
