Oh, that’s a new one, but that’s unfortunate. I do wonder if there is a way to manually download different TTS styles and import them into Anki.

Try this. gexgd0419/NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter: Make Azure natural TTS voices accessible to any SAPI 5-compatible application.

Remember that if you are sharing your deck or otherwise making it available to others, you solution should not work on only one operating system. If it only works on Microsoft Windows, for example, it will not work on a Mac or a Linux machine, and smart phones are equally precluded.
