Edited / deleted card during reviews not showing up as edited / deleted

Hello,
This is my Anki (on Windows):

Version ⁨2.1.56 (07fd88dd)⁩
Python 3.9.15 Qt 6.4.0 PyQt 6.4.0

I’ve been having an issue for a long time now: whenever I edit or delete a card that I’m reviewing, after I close the edit screen, the card is the same as before. The edits are not rendered and even if I delete the card it’s still showing up as before.

I don’t have any add-on and as far as I remember I had the same issue even with previous versions.

After posting, I tried downgrading to the Qt5 version and for the moment that behaviour doesn’t seem to happen.

I’m not able to reproduce the issue here. It may be that changing your video driver helps.
