Does anyone know of any free websites or add-ons that can convert pdf to anki cards on the newer versions 24.+?

Or do I need to revert to an older version?

Edit: The add-ons “PDF to notes” and “Searching, PDF Reading & Note-Taking in Add Dialog” among others don’t work on the newer version and the only websites that I could find where not free

There is a repaired version of the search PDF available on the latest Anki. (But this add-on is not an add-on that auto creates cards from PDFs.)

I simply fixed PDF to notes for Anki24+ and uploaded it to AnkiWeb. After the original add-on has been updated to Anki24+, this fork is not needed.
