I was studying the decks, sometimes I press the off button on my cell phone by mistake, but sometimes I press it too much, and the cell phone turns off or restarts, this is because I am doing other things, and well the cell phone reset when it was studying the deck, and when I returned to the deck it stayed with that error, and when I try to access another deck it exits the application, and just by wanting to enter to study it closes by itself, does anyone know the solution?
It looks like your database is corrupt. Step 1 is to run Check Database to see if that fixes it – 3-dots menu > Check > Check database.
If not, you may need to restore from an automatic backup – you’ll lose edits and reviews after that backup was created – or force a one-way sync and download from AnkiWeb – you’ll lose edits and reviews since your last sync with AnkiWeb.
