Do not change page height when switching tabs on https://apps.ankiweb.net

On the download Website https://apps.ankiweb.net/, it is disrupting having the page height to change when switching between some tabs as from Linux to iPhone.

For better user experience, the page height should not change when switching tabs:

1. Linux Tab
