When I try to download decks from AnkiWeb, my computer immediately disconnects from the internet and never finishes downloading. I don’t have issues downloading decks from other sources (ex. email, google drive), only with AnkiWeb. Has this happened to anyone before? Any suggestions?
I haven’t heard of that happening before. You could try it on a different network to see if that helps, or download a shared deck via your phone instead.
