I had my flashcards on my computer, and they were used within the last six months more than once, however I got an email the other day saying that all 1000 of them had been deleted. I’m really confused and if anyone could help me recover these flashcards i’d be highly appreciative!

The email tells you that deletion will happen in a month, not that cards have already been deleted. Your account does not appear to have expired yet, so you should be able to visit ankiweb to view your cards.
I don’t think that is the issue, my anki has been frozen since I got the email so I’m really not sure what to do

You don’t appear to have done so yet. Please make sure you do it within a month of receiving that email, or your cards will expire.
